ParkPilot helps drivers see parking availability before they arrive and helps operators manage their parking lots from one workspace.
How do I find parking?
Use the search on the public site to find a lot or address, or select “Near me” to see nearby lots. Open a lot to explore its available spaces in ParkPilot.
How do I know whether availability is current?
Check the lot’s update time and availability status. ParkPilot shows when updates are paused or current availability is unavailable.
Do I need to share my location?
No. You can search and browse parking lots without allowing location access. Allowing it helps you find nearby lots.
Can I get directions to a parking space?
Open ParkPilot to view available spaces and access directions to your selected location.
Can operators manage their lots with ParkPilot?
Yes. Operators can sign in to manage parking lots, monitor availability, and view occupancy history and reports.
