Terms and conditions
Using the public site
By using the ParkPilot public site, you agree to these terms. Use the site responsibly to discover parking and access ParkPilot’s driver and operator features.
Parking availability
Parking availability can change before you arrive. Check the displayed update time and status before relying on a lot’s information. Viewing an available space does not reserve it or guarantee that it will remain available.
Directions and parking rules
Use directions as guidance and follow road signs, traffic rules, and the parking lot’s posted instructions. You are responsible for parking safely and following any restrictions or charges set by the lot operator.
Service access
Live parking information may sometimes be unavailable or paused. You can open ParkPilot to check again when the public directory cannot display current availability.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, disrupt other visitors’ access, or attempt to access accounts or areas you are not authorized to use.
Updates and contact
These terms may be updated as the public site changes. The date above shows the latest revision. For questions, email info@parkpilot.cc
